Usage of medium frequency diathermy furnace:
1, Before forging heating: used in gears, ring gear, axle links, bearings, shackles, rigging and other products before the forging heating process;
2, Heating: anti-corrosion coating of pipelines, and online quenching of steel pipes;
3, Local heating: U-type bolt bending, drum heat assembly, pipe bending and other production heating process.

Because the principle of induction heating is electromagnetic induction, the heat is generated in the workpiece. Since the heating method has a high heating speed, the oxidation is minimal, the heating efficiency is high, and the process repeatability is good.

The automatic feeding and automatic discharge sorting device is selected, together with our company's special control software, which can realize automatic operation.
3, Heating evenly, high precision temperature control.
Induction heating is easy to achieve uniform heating, small temperature difference between the core table requirements. Application of temperature control system can achieve precise control of temperature.
4, Easy to replace the induction furnace body.
Depending on the size of the workpiece to be machined, different sizes of induction furnaces are configured. Each furnace body is designed with water and electricity quick-change joints, making the furnace body easy and fast to replace.
5, Low energy consumption, no pollution.
Compared with other heating methods, induction heating has high heating efficiency, low energy consumption, and no pollution; all indicators can meet user requirements. Under diathermy conditions, the ton power consumption from room temperature to 1250°C is less than 380 degrees.
